By accessing or using Hivecrew.ai ("the Service"), operated by Skydog Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hivecrew.ai is an AI workforce management platform that provides automated task planning, coordination, and execution through AI agents. The Service includes a web-based dashboard, AI agent infrastructure, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our consent

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Pricing is as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Early bird pricing is locked in for the duration of your active subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

Our property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Skydog Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data or deliverables generated by AI agents on your behalf.

7. AI-Generated Output

Output generated by AI agents through the Service is provided "as-is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all output before use.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skydog Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skydog Studio and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
